Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt, then add milk, shortening and vanilla.
Beat well until fluffy.
Mix in nuts and pour into well-greased and floured pan (about 7 x 10-inch pan).
