Pork Tenderloin With Onion-Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork tenderloin
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/2 c. raisins
    garlic
    caraway seed
    cornstarch
    1/2 c. wine
Preparation
    Brown tenderloin.
    Place in 275\u00b0 oven until done, slightly pink in middle.
    In separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter or oil. Saute onion until caramelized.
    Add raisins.
    Mix wine and cornstarch.
    Add to onion and raisins.
    Cook until thick.
    Slice tenderloin; place on sauce.
    Serve with vegetable and potato or rice.
