Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour, spooned into cup
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. pared apples, finely chopped
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla at medium speed for 3 or 4 minutes.
Gradually add flour mixture; beat until smooth.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Dribble with brown sugar topping while warm.
