Depression Days Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix salt, vinegar and water and pour over vegetables and let marinate a couple of hours or overnight.
    More salt and vinegar can be added to suit taste.
