Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. 3-Minute oats
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. blueberries*
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.
    In a small bowl, mix egg, water and oil; add all at once to oat mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    Stir in blueberries.
    Spoon into greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Blend 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the batter in each muffin cup.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Muffins freeze well.
    Microwave for a quick breakfast.
