Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 medium zucchini
    1 tomato, diced
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter; add quartered zucchini. Cook until tender.
    Add diced tomato and/or 1 can chili with or without beans.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add cheese and cover to let cheese melt and serve.
