Banana Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 doz. ripe bananas, mashed well
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mash bananas.
    Mix well sugar, oil, eggs and salt.
    Mix flour, spices, soda and pecans (optional).
    Alternate flour mixture and bananas into the sugar mixture.
    Bake in two 9-inch pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan; grease well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    After cooled ice with cream cheese mix.
    It makes for smiles.
