Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. seasoned croutons (slightly crushed, not fine)
Preparation
    Blend by hand and roll into 1-inch balls.
    Should make about 1 dozen.
    Freeze on cookie sheet and put in Ziploc bags.
    Bake when needed at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until firm and slightly browned.
