Dreamy Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries (4 c.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. red seedless grapes (4 c.)
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. small marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Grind cranberries (medium grind).
Pour sugar over cranberries and let set.
Wash grapes, cut in half.
Put marshmallows in same bowl with grapes.
Mix chopped pecans, grapes, marshmallows and cranberries all together.
Whip the cream and mix thoroughly.
It is better for cranberries, grapes, nuts and marshmallows to sit in refrigerator overnight, then mix with whipped cream about 2 to 4 hours before serving, but this is not necessary.
Serves 12.
