Aunt Winnie'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs for 1 minute.
    Separately combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
    Add the 2 mixtures together.
    Fold in the carrots and walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
