Individual Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
cherry pie filling (pineapple pie filling is good, too!)
graham crackers

Preparation

Place piece of graham cracker in bottom of muffin paper.
Beat well the cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour over grahams and top with pie filling.
Bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes 12 to 15.
