Jeff'S Potato Salad With Beer Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes
1 tsp. mustard
1 bacon slice
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 celery stalk chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. beer
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped

Preparation

Boil potatoes until just tender. Peel and slice.
