Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    17 to 20 maraschino cherries
    1/2 c. (large pod) sweet pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped fine nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and cherries very well. Mold into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Roll in chopped pecans before serving. This is always a favorite at parties.
