Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    dash of nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Use big zucchini, but still tender enough so you can pierce the skin easily with your thumbnail.
    Peel, cut into quarters lengthwise, remove the seeds and slice crosswise.
    Add zucchini to remaining ingredients after they are tossed together.
    Mix well. (It may be runny.)
    Dump into a 9-inch pie crust and bake 40 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    (You'll think you are eating apple pie, but it's more delicious.)
