Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Sift flour and mix with salt and soda.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
    Bake in 3 greased layer pans at 350\u00b0 until tested done. Let cool and frost.
