New Orleans Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated or 3 eggs for a bigger pie
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecan
Preparation

In saucepan, combine egg yolks, sour cream, granulated sugar, flour, vanilla and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened (about 5 to 10 minutes).
Pour into baked pie shell. Set aside.
