Onions And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    green onion fan
Preparation
    Saute green onions in hot oil in a large skillet until tender. Add rice and next 5 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
    Garnish with a green onion fan.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
