Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add milk, egg and margarine.
    Beat well and bake in an 8-inch greased pan in a hot oven, 400\u00b0, for 30 to 40 minutes.
