Cinnamon Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk (scalded)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and cornstarch.
Stir in scalded milk; then very gradually, blend in beaten egg yolks.
Add the half stick of margarine, cut in several pieces.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Stir in vanilla.
Cool.
