Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 doz. tortillas
1 medium onion
Preparation

Heat soup and milk; dip tortillas in this mixture.
Place small amount of onions, chicken, green chilies and cheese on each tortilla.
Roll up and place in casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture over tortilla.
Sprinkle any remaining ingredients over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
