Cantaloupe Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cubed cantaloupe
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Position
    knife blade in food processor bowl; add cantaloupe and process until smooth.
    Mix cantaloupe, sugar and lemon juice; stir well.
    Cover and freeze until almost firm, stirring occasionally.
