Chicken Enchiladas(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (6-inch) tortillas (fat-free)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 or 2 canned jalapeno chili peppers (optional)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream (fat-free)
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    sliced olives (optional)
    chopped tomatoes (optional)
    sliced green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Wrap tortillas in foil.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
