Chicken Breasts With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable oil
    1 onion, sliced
    2 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 carrots, cut in strips
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 can sliced mushrooms (or may use fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    basil to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Tear off 2 (12 x 18-inch) sheets of aluminum foil and rub them lightly with oil.
    Place onion slices on each sheet.
    Flatten breasts to 1/4-inch thick and place over onions.
    Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
    Spread over each chicken breast.
    Top with carrots, zucchini and mushrooms.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with basil, garlic powder and paprika.
    Seal edges tightly to make package.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 2.
