D.P. Whitmer'S Blueberry Muffins(This Recipe Won Third Place In "Connecticut Post" Contest.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick spray
    soft butter
    2 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, divided use
    1/3 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/3 c. semolina
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    7 oz. milk
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Lightly spray the inside of muffin tins with nonstick spray. With a paper towel or tissue, gently wipe the spray inside each muffin cup.
    Spread soft butter around inside of each muffin cup liberally.
    Set aside tins in cool place.
    Into a bowl, put 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup confectioners sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; mix well, then add the fresh or hard frozen berries and mix well. Reserve at room temperature.
