Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar grape leaves
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pepper to taste
    salt (if needed)
    dry white wine (to moisten)
Preparation
    Drain liquid off grape leaves.
    Put leaves in 3-quart pan of cold water.
    Heat to boiling; drain.
