Wild Duck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

dressed ducks
1/2 stick butter per duck
1/4 c. Port wine per duck
Preparation

Brown dressed ducks in butter.
Remove duck and make water, flour, salt and pepper gravy from butter.
Add wine to gravy. Place ducks in roaster, breast down.
Cover with gravy.
Cover roaster and cook in very slow oven at 200\u00b0 for at least 4 hours. Check often and add more water, wine and seasonings if necessary. Serve with wild rice.
