California Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. beef flank steak, tenderized
    about 1 c. brown sugar
    1 to 2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
Preparation
    Rub liberal amounts brown sugar into both sides of the flank steak.
    Don't be stingy!
    Lay the steak into an oblong container and cover with soy sauce.
    Remember to lift the steak so the sauce gets underneath.
    Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
    Turn the steak over, re-cover and marinate for 1 hour more.
