Chapatti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mixed or whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix; break off small portions and roll in balls.
    Roll balls out flat and thin; cook in oiled hot skillet or on griddle.
    These are done when brown spots appear.
    Cook both sides.
    Eat plain or with butter or honey.
    Makes 5 to 6 Chapatti.
