Shipwreck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium can kidney beans
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (32 oz.) can tomatoes
2 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Grease large casserole dish or roasting pan.
Layer ingredients in the order they are listed.
If tomatoes don't have much liquid, add some water to keep casserole moist.
Bake at 325 \u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
Then 10 to 15 minutes uncovered if ground beef not browned.
