Mock Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 to 8 slices bacon
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    450\u00b0.
    Combine
    ground beef with rice and garlic,
    Worcestershire
    sauce,
    salt
    and pepper.\tBlend well. Shape into\t6 to 8 round patties (if 6 patties, will be about 1-inch
    thick).
    Wrap a strip of bacon around each patty and fasten
    with
    toothpick.
    Place
    in ungreased shallow pan. Bake for 15
    minutes or until bacon is cooked and beef patties are done as desired.
    Remove picks before serving.
