Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage, diced
    2 onions, diced
    1 pkg. dry kidney beans
    4 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (I use Tony Chachere)
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Simmer beans in water.
    After 1 1/2 hours, add onions, bell pepper, seasoning and sausage.
    Add water as required.
    Adjust seasoning as needed.
    When beans are tender, start cooking rice. Serve over cooked white rice.
