Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients; add 1/4 cup pecans.
    Pour remaining pecans on wax paper or paper plate.
    Shape mixture into a ball and place in center of nuts.
    Place nuts around the ball until outside is covered.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
