Ham Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2- 6 oz. cans chunk ham
    3- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. crushed pecans or pretzels
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except pecans/pretzels) in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Form into a ball and roll in pecans or pretzels.
