Curry-Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    2 to 3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    In a 3-quart rectangular baking dish, combine honey, water, mustard, melted margarine or butter, Cajun seasoning, curry powder, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well.
    Add chicken, turning to coat.
    Arrange in a single layer.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
