Fred Quednau Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    clams
    white bacon
    white potatoes
    onion
    butter
Preparation
    Fry out a good bit of white bacon.
    Cut into small pieces. Cook slow as to get all the grease out.
    Chop or grind clams, white potatoes and onions.
    Add clams and juice and a small amount of water; mix.
    When done, add a 1/2 stick of butter, salt and pepper to taste.
