Golden Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 egg, beaten
all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets golden herb with lemon soup mix
1 c. water
4 lemon slices (optional)
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Dip chicken in rice, then flour.
In 12-inch skillet (or use electric skillet), brown chicken in butter.
Add soup mix blended with water; place lemon on chicken.
Bring to boi; simmer covered 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve over or with rice. Makes 4 servings.
