K. K.'S Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sliced, boneless roast (tip, rump, arm or chuck)
    1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix (mix with hot or warm water until dissolved)
    2 Tbsp. oregano or dry Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
    2 whole bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    I use enough water in gravy mix to almost cover meat.
    I break whole bay leaves into pieces.
