Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into 4 greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
