Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium yellow squash
    1 can each cream of chicken and cream of onion soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic powder
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 box stuffing mix
    1 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Steam squash.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the soups, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
    Drain squash and add to the soup mixture.
    In a saucepan, melt butter and add stuffing crumbs. Cook on low heat until crumbs are saturated with butter.
    Stir frequently.
    Line a greased casserole dish with half of the bread crumbs.
    Pour squash mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
