Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas (8 inch)
    3 c shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, Colby, Cheddar)
    1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 red or yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c sliced jalapeno peppers
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Shred meat from chicken breasts into strips.
    Place 5 tortillas on ungreased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle each with half of cheese mixture.
    Top with chicken strips, peppers and onions.
    Use jalapenos for desired spiciness.
    Top with additional cheese and top with another tortilla.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until crisp and heated through.
    Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
    Serves 6-8 as appetizer.
