Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 c. prunes, mashed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cook, seed prunes
and\tmash.
Mix
all ingredients and bake in greased and floured
9 x 12-inch pan for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
