Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 cans evaporated milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Thoroughly blend all ingredients and pour into two unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool completely on rack.
