Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and margarine in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook to soft ball stage (about 15 minutes), stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and peanut butter.
    Quickly pour into a buttered 9-inch square dish.
    Let cool.
