Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    1 c. frozen corn, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 c. crushed tortilla chips, divided
    2 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder.
    Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
