Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 c. diced boiled ham
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add shrimp, onion, pepper and ham. Cook and stir until shrimp are pink.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and hot pepper sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
