Michigan Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (48 oz.) jar cooked Great Northern beans
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 large sweet onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix gently, but well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 uncovered for 5 to 6 hours, covering the last hour.
    Or cook in crock-pot on low overnight.
