Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    3 tsp. ginger
    1 large can chow mein noodles
    1 large head lettuce
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1 small pkg. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Bake sesame seed and almonds for 10 minutes.
    Boil chicken breasts with ginger and enough water to cover until done.
    Take out of water and let cool completely.
    String chicken.
    Chop lettuce
    and onions; mix well.
    Add chicken, chow mein noodles, sesame seed and almonds.
