Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    cornstarch
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Disjoint wings; save tips for broth.
    (Cover with water and boil for 1 hour.)
    Roll rest of wing pieces in cornstarch, then in 2 beaten eggs.
    Brown in oil.
    Place in single layer in baking pan.
    Pour sauce over and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour; turn and cover the last 30 minutes.
