Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli (10 oz., frozen)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/3 c. cooked rice
    1 jar processed cheese spread (8 oz.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Combine broccoli and onion; cook according to package directions.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour into greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
