Scampi(Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unsalted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped
    parsley
    1 lb. uncooked shrimp
    1/4 c. Gallo Blush Chablis
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium skillet over low heat.
    Add onion, garlic and parsley.
    Saute until golden, about 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and stir until pink.
    Remove shrimp and place in ovenproof dish.
    Cover and keep warm.
    Add wine and lemon juice to skillet. Simmer about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour over shrimp.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
